We provide servicing / Inspection of Domestic and Commercial intruder alarm systems. These services are like the MOT on a car, in that a detailed inspection and test of the alarm is carried out, it takes approximately 1 hour. The results are then discussed with the property user and a written report is left on site. Any MINOR faults are rectified during this service visit.

We offer an Emergency call out service. Most calls are dealt with over the phone but when required an engineer will attend the alarm within 4 hours of being called, as prescribed in British Standard 4737.

If not covered by a maintenance contract we will attend site ASAP.

As this is an emergency call out service. We will ensure that the premises alarm is left in a safe condition, but major works will have to be scheduled.

We have attended training from many of the major security equipment manufacturers and carry an extensive stock of products.
